Team Profiles

I grew up on a farm in Ashburton, and my wife Amy I have a daughter Lily. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, the outdoors; including fishing, hunting, mountain biking and skiing. I have a strong background in Agribusiness and Commercial having worked across the world for Ernst & Young in Consulting (Supply Chain and Manufacturing) Tax and Audit. I have a passion for property having owned and developed property for the past 15 years including three subdivisions.

I believe that todays business advisor requires a broader range of skills in addition to being technically competent. My ambition is for Croys' to be a leading business advisory firm, working with our clients to help them achieve their goals. In addition to strong technical support, our services will be underpinned by a broad suite of advisory services that can improve business performance.

I have been with Croys since 2006. Previously a registered nurse with post graduate studies in psychology and sociology followed by an accountacy degree at Lincoln University. I have been in the accounting profession since graduating in 1994 and involved in the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants as a member of the Local Leadership Team. I am a council appointed member of the shareholders committee of EA Networks.

My husband, Barry, and I have three adult children. I am passionate about the success of Croys, our team and our clients. My other passion is physical fitness, primarily cycling and swimming.

I have been part of the team at Croys since the start in 1993, (with a couple of years accounting experience prior to that).I work alongside the accounting teams and perform a client consulting role.

I am CA qualified and have a B Com Ag degree, majoring in farm management, and a Post Grad Diploma in Commerce from Lincoln College.

Away from work I'm involved in the coaching and administration of local cricket and rugby, along with other community activities.

Born in Southland, I moved to Ashburton as a child, although have never quite lost the Southland accent. I have been at Croys Ltd since graduating from Lincoln University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005.  I enjoy working with a variety of clients, particularly in the commerical sector.

Outside of work you'll find me busy at my other job of being a mum to my school aged children Ellie and Blake.  My husband Steve is the Group Parts Manager at Claas Harvest Centre and is a volunteer fire fighter.  My other interests include skiing and badminton.

I grew up on a farm in Winchmore and went to Ashburton College before heading to Lincoln University. After graduating from Lincoln in 1998 with a BCM in Finance I began work in an office.

I joined the Croys team in 2004 and since then have attained my ACA qualification.

Due to my rural background I have an interest in farm accounting. Outside of work my spare time is involved with my interest in music, renovating my house and spending time with family and friends.

I started at Croys in 1993 as an accountant.  I moved into a part time position when I had my family and recently moved into the position of Client Service Manager.

I am married to Paul and we have three children.  We farm at Wakanui.  In my spare time I enjoy supporting the kids in their activites, running, and catching up with family and friends

I have been involved in accounting since July 2000, and started work at Croys Ltd in May 2005. I have since attained my ACA qualification. I have an interest in farm accounting as I grew up on a farm, and also in investment accounting.
